What’s the cost to transport my vehicle?

Generally, costs are based on type of service requested, distance to final destination and weight of vehicle. Please call us at 954-658-6376 or fill out and submit our E-Form for a detailed price quote. Upon submittal of the E-Form, someone will respond to you within 24 hours.

What are your designated transportation routes?

W.A.T.I can transport your vehicle to any destination within the continental USA as well as outside the USA

How long does it take to ship my vehicle?

Pickup/delivery time depends on factors such as weather, distance to destination, transportation method (open vs closed carrier), road/shipping conditions, door-to-door vs terminal delivery and the amount of advanced shipping notification you provide us with. Notwithstanding, typical shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks from pickup to delivery.

What transportation medium is used to transport my vehicle?

Trucks equipped with open or closed trailers transport vehicles domestically. Ships are utilized to transport your vehicles overseas in closed containers.

Is my vehicle insured while in transit?

Yes. Your vehicle is covered by the Motor Carrier’s Liability insurance, while it is in their care. However, please note that personal items left in or transported within the vehicle are not covered. Additionally, if your vehicle is vandalized during shipment or while awaiting shipment, W.A.T.I. and the Motor Carrier will not be held responsible. You will be required to file a claim with your own insurance company. For additional information, please see W.A.T.I’s Terms and Condition.

My vehicle is dismantled. Can you still transport it?

Sorry, we do not ship dismantled vehicles

What is my recourse if my vehicle is damaged in transit?

All vehicles are transported domestically; via large trucking lines and independent truckers regulated by the I.C.C and any claims should be submitted directly to these Carriers. You should also contact us immediately if damages are observed at delivery.
